This command helps you insert a piece of text from a selected file.
The following file formats are supported:
- RTF files (*.rtf)
- Text files - auto-detected (*.txt)
- ANSI text files (*.txt)
- Unicode text files (*.txt)
- OEM text files (*.txt)

This command enables you to insert images of supported graphic formats.

If you have a scanner (or any other TWAIN-compatible device) connected to your computer, you can use this command to scan images and add them to the note or comment body.

This command inserts the current date and time.

This command inserts the current date.

This command inserts the current time.

 Link to... |
This command enables you to insert a hyperlink. This can be a link to an external file, GSO link, Web location, etc.

 Separator |
This command inserts a horizontal separator into the text. If you call up the properties dialog box after you insert a separator (by placing the cursor on the separator and selecting the Edit/Properties... menu item, or using the Alt + Enter key combination), you will be able to set up the necessary width and color of the selected separator.

This command calls up the Insert symbol dialog box that is used for the selection of symbol to be inserted in the document.

 Attach File |
Use this command to attach external files of any type (.doc, .xls, .jpg, .mp3, .exe, etc.) to the current record.
