Since the first, middle and last name of a person go in different sequence order in different countries, the program provides users with a special dialog box that helps forming the full name.
Appearance:
Use this dialog box to change the way of forming the full name and set a default sequence order for other contacts. To make changes to the full name of the current contact only, disable the Use default value button and select a desired order in the Custom order option group. Then click Ok.
To change the default full name sequence order, select a desired option and click the Set as default button following by the Ok button.
